Can we stop trying to divide up the packages for Mikrotik? There is need for THEM to do it. Everyone voting on their theoretical desired "package splits", may not be helpful.

At this point, Mikrotik has not acknlodged any people's concerns about 16MB flash devices. Mikrotik does not see it as a problem that "bad blocks" could determine an updates success/failure, and the repeated "cannot save config" reports, something that never happened in past decade of RouterOS... but now it's a regular thing to see on the forum.
